What is overlandeurope.store's return policy?
overlandeurope.store is committed to sustainability and encourages minimal returns. However, if you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused and in sellable condition for a full refund or exchange.
Return processing may take 5-7 business days. Please ensure that you use a carrier that provides tracking or proof of delivery for your return; overlandeurope.store is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, taxes, or duties, and returns may be subject to a different restocking fee.

What are the terms and conditions for returns?
Whether you are returning for a refund or exchange, please note the following terms and conditions:
Packaging: All returned merchandise must be properly packaged in the same condition as when you received it. Please include all product packaging (e.g., box or bag). The packaging must be intact, undamaged, and not used as a shipping box.
Labels and Protective Film: All protective films, security labels, and identification tags must be intact and attached to the returned item.
Rejection Conditions: Returns will not be accepted if:
overlandeurope.store incurs additional taxes, duties, or fees upon delivery, or requires pickup from a courier branch.
The item is marked, labeled, damaged, scratched, or dented.
The item is missing original accessories, components, protective film/packaging, labels, or instructions.
The item does not correspond to the item purchased (wrong item or substituted item).
Return and Exchange Eligibility: Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if all of the above terms and conditions are met.
Non-Conforming Returns: If a non-conforming return is accepted, overlandeurope.store will deduct an administrative/restocking fee from the refund. This fee can range from 20% to 50% of the item's purchase price. Ineligible returns may not be approved for exchange.
Eligible Returns: Eligible returns are eligible for a refund or exchange. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the type and value of the item. Our Customer Service team will confirm the restocking fee and amount upon receiving your return and confirming its eligibility. Eligible returns returned for exchange are not subject to a restocking fee.
